LIPOTLE CHIPOTLE PRIZE DRAW ENTRY – JULY 2024 (“PRIZE DRAW”)
Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them, when entering this Prize Draw.
1. The Prize Draw is operated and managed by Chipotle Mexican Grill UK Limited whose registered office is at 83 Baker Street, Marylebone, London, England, W1U 6AG ("Chipotle", "our").
2. The Prize Draw is open to anyone over the age of eighteen (18) years old and whose home address is in the UK. Chipotle reserves the right to require proof of identity.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. To enter the Prize Draw you must:
(i) "like" our " Chipotle Lipotle" Instagram post (the "Post");
(ii) "mention" at least one (1) other Instagram user's account handle in the comments of the Post; and
(iii) "follow" the "@chipotleuk" Instagram account and
between 5:00pm (UK time) on 29 July 2024 and 12:00pm (UK time) on 2 August 2024.
5. Participants who meet the criteria in paragraphs 2 and 4 will earn one (1) entry into the Prize Draw per separate "mention".
6. There will be twenty five (25) winners in respect of the Prize (as defined below), who will be chosen at random.
7. You are not a guaranteed winner if you enter the Prize Draw.
8. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants confirm that any third parties they "mention" in the Post have provided their consent to being "mentioned" in such Post for the purposes of the Prize Draw.
9. Chipotle reserves the right, to delete any submissions that are rude, defamatory, insulting, racist or otherwise offensive or inappropriate. Although the Prize Draw may be featured on Instagram, the Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram and you agree that Instagram is not liable in any way. You are providing information to Chipotle and not to Instagram.
10. The prize package for each winner of the Prize Draw is as follows: one (1) LIPOTLE Wonder Blading Lip Color (the “Prize”).
11. The Prize shall be available to the winner up to 1 month from the date they are first notified that they have won, in accordance with paragraphs 12 to 14.
12. The chosen winner will be notified by direct Instagram message from Chipotle's Instagram account, at or before 5:00pm (UK time) on 2 August 2024. If selected, you have seventy-two (72) hours from the date and time Chipotle has sent the direct message to you, to respond to Chipotle as instructed to claim the Prize.
13. If the Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 12, a new chosen winner will be selected at or after 12:00pm (UK time) on 6 August 2024. If selected, you have seventy-two (72) hours from the date and time Chipotle has sent the direct message to you, to respond to Chipotle as instructed to claim the Prize.
14. If the Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 13, the process in paragraph 13 will repeat until the winner is chosen and has adequately responded in accordance with paragraph 12.
15. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Chipotle or its affiliated entities.
16. The Prize is not transferable once it has been assigned by Chipotle to the winner.

18. Chipotle accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or unreadable and no such correspondence will be entered into between you and Chipotle and/or its affiliated entities.
19. Chipotle reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another prize of its choosing which has a value similar to the Prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Prize is therefore subject to availability and change. No cash alternative will be offered to the winner in replacement of the Prize.
20. The following Prize Draw entries are not valid: (i) entries which do not meet any eligibility or entry requirements as set out in these terms and conditions; (ii) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly increase chances of winning; (iii) third party or bulk entries; (iv) entries made in breach of these terms and conditions; (v) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; and (vi) dishonest entries.
21. Chipotle may, in its absolute discretion, change these terms and conditions or extend the Prize Draw, without notice at any time. Chipotle may at any time change, terminate, postpone or temporarily suspend the Prize Draw, with or without giving prior notice (for example, if this is necessary due to reasons outside of Chipotle’s control (including for example if fraud or suspected fraud is identified)).
22. Chipotle reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion.
23. Chipotle reserves the right to invalidate any entry or recover the Prize from any entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions.
24. Chipotle does not accept any responsibility for: (i) any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entries or information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission, or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
25. Chipotle is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Prize Draw or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to meet its obligations under these terms and conditions if this is due to circumstances beyond Chipotle’s reasonable control. Such circumstances include, for example: extreme weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, industrial action, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, national mourning, unavoidable accidents, pandemic, epidemic or a change in law or regulation.
26. Unless caused by its negligence, Chipotle and its affiliated entities will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize.
27. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Chipotle's negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
28. If the winner has a physical or mental impairment which would inhibit their ability to enjoy/make full use of the Prize, then Chipotle asks that the winner makes this clear when they claim the Prize, so that Chipotle can consult with the winner in advance and seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within Chipotle’s control, based on the information provided by the winner to Chipotle to ensure the winner can enjoy the Prize to the fullest extent.
29. By entering the Prize Draw, you accept that Chipotle’s decision is final and binding. You agree that no correspondence in relation to Chipotle’s decision will be entered into between you and Chipotle or its affiliated entities.
30. By entering the Prize Draw, you also accept that the Prize may be provided subject to the terms & conditions of third parties.
31. Chipotle reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended or cancelled Chipotle is under no obligation to deliver the Prize to any Prize Draw entrant.
32. Chipotle shall not be held responsible for the winner not taking full advantage of the Prize due to health or for any other reason.
33. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
34. Chipotle’s customer service team may be contacted via direct Instagram message to the "@chipotleuk" Instagram account.
35. When participating in the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that the details you provide to Chipotle to enter the Prize Draw will have been made available to Chipotle (your “Personal Data”).
36. All Personal Data held and used by Chipotle will be in accordance with Chipotle’s privacy policy (which can be found at: https://www.chipotle.co.uk/privacy-notice) ("Chipotle’s Privacy Policy”) and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your Personal Data in accordance with Chipotle’s Privacy Policy. We may also use your Personal Data to verify your age and identity.
