CHIPOTLE X DR SPORTS HOT TICKET PROMOTION ("PROMOTION")
Participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them when participating in the Promotion.
- The Promotion is operated by Chipotle Mexican Grill UK Limited whose registered office is at 2nd Floor, 39-41 Shelton Street, London, England, WC2H 9HJ ("Chipotle", "our"). The Promotion is administered on Chipotle's behalf by Revolution Sports Marketing Group Limited ("RSMG") (the "Administrator").
- The Promotion is open to anyone over the age of eighteen (18) years old and whose home address is in the UK. Chipotle reserves the right to require proof of identity and address.
- The Promotion consists of a series of Hot Ticket activations (in-person) and a Golden Hot Ticket (digital) competition taking place during the Chipotle x DR Sports campaign period from 19 June 2026 to 20 July 2026.
- Prizes available as part of the Promotion include:
- Hot Ticket Prizes: one (1) of the following, depending on the relevant Hot Ticket activation:
- fifty (50) free burritos valid from 1 year from the date of issue;
- GBP £50 Chipotle Credit valid from 1 year from the date of issue;
- GBP £100 Chipotle Credit valid from 1 year from the date of issue;
- GBP £100 Chipotle Credit and one (1) football jersey of the winner's choice;
- GBP £150 Chipotle Credit and one (1) football jersey of the winner's choice.
- Golden Hot Ticket Prize: one (1) winner will receive:
- Burritos for a Year (52 Chipotle meal vouchers);
- one (1) football jersey of the winner's choice; and
- one (1) limited-edition 12 Pentagons football.
5. Prize values and quantities are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
6. No purchase is necessary to enter the Promotion.
HOT TICKET ACTIVATIONS
7. To participate in a Hot Ticket activation, participants must attend the designated participating Chipotle restaurant during the applicable activation period and correctly state the applicable Hot Ticket phrase when placing an order.
8. The participating restaurant, activation period, Hot Ticket phrase and applicable Prize for each Hot Ticket activation will be communicated through the official Promotion channels, namely the @chipotleuk Instagram account, the DR Sports Instagram account and the DR Sports YouTube channel. Details will be published before the relevant Hot Ticket activation takes place.
9. For each Hot Ticket activation (six in total), there will be one (1) Prize and one (1) winner only per Hot Ticket. The first eligible participant to correctly state the applicable Hot Ticket phrase when placing an order shall be deemed the winner of that Hot Ticket activation.
10. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of the first eligible participant, Chipotle's decision shall be final.
11. Once a Hot Ticket winner has been identified, Chipotle restaurant staff will collect the winner's name, email address and contact telephone number for winner verification and Prize fulfilment purposes.
12. Hot Ticket Prizes will be fulfilled following the activation by the Administrator. Winners may be contacted by the Administrator using the details collected at the restaurant for the purposes of winner verification and Prize fulfilment.
GOLDEN HOT TICKET COMPETITION
13. To enter the Golden Hot Ticket competition, you must:
(i) "like" the designated Chipotle x DR Sports Golden Hot Ticket Instagram post;
(ii) "mention" at least one (1) other Instagram user's account handle in the comments of the post; and
(iii) "follow" the "@chipotleuk" and "@drsports" Instagram accounts,
between the date and time communicated by Chipotle, DR Sports and/or the Administrator and 11:59pm (UK time) on 16 July 2026.
14. Participants who meet the criteria in paragraphs 2 and 10 will earn one (1) entry into the Golden Hot Ticket competition.
15. There will be one (1) winner in respect of the Golden Hot Ticket Prize.
16. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Golden Hot Ticket entry period.
17. The winner will be notified by direct Instagram message from Chipotle and/or the Administrator on or after 22July 2026.
18. If selected, you have seventy-two (72) hours from the date and time Chipotle and/or the Administrator has sent the direct message to you, to respond as instructed and provide the information requested to claim the Prize.
19. If the Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 16, a new chosen winner will be selected and notified in accordance with paragraph 15. If selected, you will have seventy-two (72) hours from the date and time Chipotle and/or the Administrator has sent the direct message to you, to respond as instructed and claim the Prize.
20. If the Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 17, the process in paragraph 16 will repeat until the winner has adequately responded in accordance with paragraph 15.
GENERAL PRIZE TERMS
21. Participants are not guaranteed to win a Prize by participating in the Promotion.
22. Details of all available Prizes, including the applicable Hot Ticket Prize for each activation and the Golden Hot Ticket Prize, will be communicated through the official Promotion channels, namely the @chipotleuk Instagram account, the DR Sports Instagram account and the DR Sports YouTube channel. Hot Ticket Prizes vary by activation. The applicable Prize will be confirmed before each activation. Prize descriptions, quantities and values are subject to availability and may change.
23. To ensure fairness and maximise participation, any participant who has won a Prize through a Hot Ticket activation will be ineligible to win the Golden Hot Ticket Prize and any participant who has won the Golden Hot Ticket Prize will be ineligible to win any Hot Ticket activation Prize. A participant may win only one (1) Prize during the Promotion.
24. Chipotle reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner before awarding a Prize.
25. The Prize shall be available to the winner(s) up to one (1) month from the date they are first notified that they have won, unless otherwise stated.
26. The Prize is not transferable once it has been assigned by Chipotle to the winner.
STANDARD TERMS
27. By entering the Promotion, entrants confirm that any third parties they "mention" in connection with the Promotion have provided their consent to being "mentioned" for the purposes of the Promotion.
28. Chipotle reserves the right to delete any submissions that are rude, defamatory, insulting, racist or otherwise offensive or inappropriate.
29. Although the Promotion may be featured on Instagram, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram and you agree that Instagram is not liable in any way. You are providing information to Chipotle and the Administrator and not to Instagram.
30. The Promotion is not open to employees of Chipotle, DR Sports, the Administrator or their affiliated entities.

32. Chipotle accepts no responsibility for entries, submissions, transactions, communications or notifications lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable and no such correspondence will be entered into between you and Chipotle and/or its affiliated entities.
33. Chipotle reserves the right to substitute any Prize for another prize of its choosing which has a value similar to the Prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Prize is therefore subject to availability and change. No cash alternative will be offered to the winner in replacement of the Prize.
34. The following Promotion entries are not valid: (i) entries which do not meet any eligibility or participation requirements as set out in these terms and conditions; (ii) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly increase chances of winning; (iii) third party or bulk entries; (iv) entries made in breach of these terms and conditions; (v) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; and (vi) dishonest entries.
35. Chipotlereserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, extend the Promotion, or suspend, postpone, modify or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or where required for the proper administration of the Promotion. Any such changes will be fair, proportionate and communicated to participants through the official Promotion channels..
36. Chipotle reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion.
37. Chipotle reserves the right to invalidate any entry or recover the Prize from any participant who is in breach of these terms and conditions.
38. Chipotle reserves the right to withhold, cancel or recover any Prize where it reasonably suspects fraud, misconduct or breach of these terms and conditions.
39. Chipotle does not accept any responsibility for: (i) any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by a participant or occurring during transmission; or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries delayed, corrupted or due to technical error.
40. Chipotle is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered in connection with the Promotion or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to meet its obligations under these terms and conditions if this is due to circumstances beyond Chipotle's reasonable control. Such circumstances include, for example, extreme weather conditions, fire, flood, industrial action, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, unavoidable accidents, pandemic, epidemic or a change in law or regulation.
41. Unless caused by its negligence, Chipotle, the Administrator and their affiliated entities will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize.
42. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Chipotle's negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
43. If a winner has a physical or mental impairment which would inhibit their ability to enjoy or make full use of the Prize, then Chipotle asks that the winner makes this clear when they claim the Prize, so that Chipotle can consult with the winner in advance and seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within Chipotle's control.
44. By participating in the Promotion, you accept that Chipotle's decision is final and binding. You agree that no correspondence in relation to Chipotle's decision will be entered into between you and Chipotle, the Administrator or their affiliated entities.
45. By participating in the Promotion, you also accept that the Prize may be provided subject to the terms and conditions of third parties.
46. Chipotle reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or where required for the proper administration of the Promotion. Where practicable, participants will be notified of any such changes through the official Promotion channels. Nothing in this paragraph affects any rights already accrued by participants under applicable law.
47. Chipotle shall not be held responsible for a winner not taking full advantage of the Prize due to health or for any other reason.
48. The Promotion and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
49. When participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that the details you provide to Chipotle to participate in the Promotion will have been made available to Chipotle and the Administrator (your "Personal Data").
50. All Personal Data held and used by Chipotle will be in accordance with Chipotle's Privacy Notice (which can be found at https://www.chipotle.co.uk/privacy-notice) and in accordance with data protection legislation. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your Personal Data in accordance with Chipotle's Privacy Notice. We may also use your Personal Data to verify your age, identity and eligibility.The surname and county of residence of any Prize winner may be obtained by sending a written request to Chipotle at the address set out in these terms and conditions within three (3) months of the relevant winner being confirmed. If a winner objects to their surname and county of residence being made available, they should notify Chipotle when claiming their Prize. In such circumstances, Chipotle may still disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority or other regulatory authorities if required to do so.
